Leadership Roots

Before EuroExpert, Mykhailo Onipchenko gained over a decade of international management experience in the U.S., Ukraine, and Germany.He studied business and strategic management in Passau, coordinated multimillion-dollar FMCG projects at Kraft Foods, scaled and sold businesses in Ukraine, and later led large-scale investment and technology projects and cross-cultural teams at KAEFER and Hilti in Germany, Eastern Europe and Asia.

EuroExpert and EU Integration

In 2014, after the Ukraine’s Revolution of Dignity, Mykhailo founded EuroExpert s.r.o. in Germany and Czechia with a clear mission: to bring Ukraine closer to Europe.The company set up agrifood processing in Ukraine, organised exports of honey and other products to EU markets, and built bridges for international companies like Norway's Norsildmel to source from Ukraine.Since then, EuroExpert has worked with GIZ, EU4Business, GOPA AFC, Civitta, IAK and others, training SMEs, supporting associations, and facilitating cross-border trade, and partnerships.

Today and Mission

Today EuroExpert builds on over two decades of business leadership and international programmes to connect Ukraine with the European Union.Its mission is to advance integration — in business, society, and governance — by driving trade and investment, empowering SMEs, engaging the Ukrainian diaspora in the EU, and fostering cross-border partnerships that support reforms and long-term cooperation.

Partnering with GIZ, EU4Business, chambers of commerce, intergovernmental projects, we have trained hundreds SMEs from around Ukraine, moderated strategy sessions, and facilitated business delegations across Europe. All based on own practical international business experience.

Operations & Execution

We have built and managed local units for procurement, QA, processing, export sales, logistics. One of the landmark cases: launching Ukraine’s first-ever corn gluten meal exports to Norway, partnering with Norsildmel, via rail and Baltic ports — unlocking new channels for the fish feed industry.
